The Indian women’s team won the bronze medal in the recurve section at the Archery World Cup 2022 after defeating Chinese Taipei with a score of 6-2.
The Indian women’s team comprised Komalika Bari, Ankita Bhakat, and Ridhi.
This is the first team medal of the season for the Indian recurve women. By winning this medal, the country’s medal tally to three at the World Cup Stage 2.

The Indian men’s recurve team was eliminated in the quarterfinals after losing to lower-ranked France with a score of 6-2. The team comprised Tarundeep Rai, Jayanta Talukdar and debutant Neeraj Chauhan.
The 2022 Archery World Cup is the 16th edition of the international archery circuit organised annually by the World Archery federation. It was organized in Gwangju, South Korea. It is also known as the Hyundai Archery World Cup for sponsorship reasons.
