Alysa Liu Retired at 16 Years of Age


● A two-time national champion Alysa Liu is retiring from competitive figure skating at age 16.
● She won the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics.
● The young champion won her first senior U.S title in 2019 as a 13-year-old, becoming the youngest woman to do so individually. In the next year, she also won her second title.
● She was the first US woman skater to achieve a olympic medal since 2016.
