  • Adani Green became the seventh most valuable company in India by overtaking the State Bank of India (SBI).
  • This is the only non-Sensex company featuring in the list of top 10 companies on BSE in terms of market capitalisation.
  • The company's shares have surged over 120% year-to-date and its market valuation currently stands at ₹4.64 lakh crore.
  • Reliance Industries is the most valuable company in India and it is followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys and ICICI Bank.
  • Adani Green has set a target of generating 45 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030 - the 10% of the government’s 450 GW target.
