(I) Objective Test: The three-hour objective test is divided into four sections. Every segment of the objective test will have its own timing.
(ii) Descriptive Test: The Descriptive Test, which will last 30 minutes and consist of two questions for 50 points, will be an English Language Test (Letter Writing & Essay).
A candidate who qualifies both the Prelims and Mains Exams for SBI PO 2021 will be invited to a Group Discussion-Personal Interview session, where they will be interviewed by a panel of selectors about their previous experience and asked questions about General Knowledge and the Banking Sector. It is critical for a candidate to pass the Interview Process to be considered for the SBI PO 2021 Exam. The Bank will determine the qualifying marks for this round, and the following are the marks assigned to these rounds: Group Discussion - 20 marks, Interview - 30 marks.
After a candidate has successfully completed Personal Interviews, the State Bank of India will compile a merit list based on the cumulative performance of the candidate in the Mains Exam and Interview Round. The ultimate cut-off marks will be determined based on the candidates' scores and the number of openings available. State Bank of India shall provide an Appointment Letter to all candidates who meet the cut-off range for the position of Probationary Officer.
